Summer Solstice marks the midway point of the year and the official start of "Hot girl Summer"!

It's the perfect opportunity to revel in the potent energies of Summer and focus your intentions for the rest of the year.

We will drink Ceremonial Cacao and do a guided meditation around intention setting and tuning into who you want to be and what you want to create in the next 6 months.

I will send full instructions beforehand on how to prepare your Cacao for the ceremony. If you don't wish to have Cacao that is fine, you can still join, however Cacao will enhance the experience.
